During Hurricane Florence, Signature HealthCARE teams have worked to serve our residents with joy, compassion and a commitment to excellence. Signature HealthCARE of Savannah residents and staff remained safe throughout the storm.

An Important Message To Our Community About Hurricane Irma

Dear Family Member, Responsible Party, Signature Community;

I am happy to report that all Golfcrest residents and staff have safely returned home this afternoon from our Palm Beach location!

Full power is restored to 100 percent of all Signature HealthCARE communities.  Phone service has returned to most locations, however if you experience difficulty reaching one of our communities, please do not worry. We continue to work diligently to restore all phone and internet service.

In closing, I want to thank you for your prayers and your patience.  Weather history was made in Florida 9 days ago; across the entire state, Floridians experienced something epic;  Hurricane Irma.

An important message to our community about Hurricane Matthew

The health, safety, and well-being of our residents and stakeholders remain our top priority, and due to the state evacuation mandate and Hurricane Matthew, residents are currently being safely evacuated and transferred to other Signature HealthCARE facilities in Marietta, Georgia (Signature HealthCARE of Marietta and Signature HealthCARE of Tower Road).

If you are experiencing difficulty reaching our facility, please don’t panic. Rest assured that our trained staff is caring for your loved ones as we would our own.
